LDR is holding a field sterilization program on Saturday November 21st, 2009 between 9 am – 4 pm at the government officer’s housing compound near by the 700 Year Stadium, Mae Rim, Chiang Mai. This project aims to merge stray dogs with community dogs, and stray animals in this housing area will be sterilized and rabies vaccinated. This activity, which is created and managed by the community itself, will hopefully serve as a model from which other communities can learn.

ล้านนาด็อกเรสคิวจะไปทำหมันและฉีดวัคซีนป้องกันโรคพิษสุนัขบ้าเพื่อควบคุมประชากรสุนัขจรจัดในบริเวณบ้านพักข้าราชการ ใกล้สนามกีฬา 700 ปี อ.แม่ริม เชียงใหม่ในวันเสาร์ที่ 21 พฤศจิกายน 2552 เวลา 9-16 น โครงการเปลียนสุนัขจรจัดให้เป็นสุนัขชุมชนนี้เกิดจากการร่วมแรงร่วมใจโดยคนรักสัตว์ในหมู่บ้านที่ต้องการแก้ปัญหาสุนัขจรจัดในบริเวณบ้านพัก 700 ปี เพื่อสร้างสุขอนามัยแวดล้อมที่ดีและคนกับสัตว์อยู่ร่วมกันได้อย่างไม่เบียดเบียนกัน หมู่บ้านอื่นๆสามารถมาศึกษารูปแบบการทำงานได้โดยตรง

The Lanna Antique Bicycle Club will hold an exhibition/fair from 8 am on Saturday October 31, 2009 at the JJ market, Rain Tree Park (Laan Gam- Pu), Chiang Mai. There will be many interesting activities such as an exhibition on the bicycle’s history of development and examples of old and vintage bikes in a traditional Lanna atmosphere.
