ภายใต้โครงการ
สู่นโยบายการสร้างพื้นที่ปลอดโรคพิษสุนัขบ้าในปี 2563 ตามมาตรฐาน OIE และ WHO
ระหว่าง

2. สมาคมป้องกันการทารุณกรรมสัตว์แห่งประเทศไทย
3. ฝ่ายพัฒนาสุขภาพสัตว์ สำนักงานปศุสัตว์เชียงใหม่
4. ศูนย์วิจัยและพัฒนาการสัตวแพทย์ภาคเหนือตอนบน
5. สำนักงานพัฒนาวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีแห่งชาติ ภาคเหนือ

5. องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลสบเตี๊ยะ
6. องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลหนองจ๊อม
7. องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลอมก๋อย
เพื่อความร่วมมือดังนี้
1. ส่งเสริมสนับสนุนทางวิชาการในการประเมินการฉีดวัคซีนโรคพิษสุนัขบ้า
2. ส่งเสริมสนับสนุนการสุ่มตรวจตัวอย่างเพื่อหาเชื้อโรคพิษสุนัขบ้าแฝงในพื้นที่
3. ส่งเสริมสนับสนุนควบคุมประชากรสุนัขอย่างมีมนุษยธรรมและเป็นไปตามหลักสากล
4. ส่งเสริมสนับสนุนการจัดทำฐานข้อมูลสัตว์ในพื้นที่อย่างเป็นระบบและสามารถติดตามได้
5. ส่งเสริมสนับสนุนจัดทำข้อระเบียบขององค์กรปกครองท้องถิ่นในการสร้างพื้นที่ปลอดโรคพิษสุนัขบ้าแบบยั่งยืน
โดยการสนับสนุนทางด้านวิชาการจาก National Institute of Infectious Diseases, Japan, Centre for Research and Development of Medical Diagnostic, KKU

Project of the Chiang Model for establishing a Rabies-free Zone

Establishing a rabies free zone by 2020 according to OIE and WHO standards

3. Veterinary Research and Development Center, Uppernorthern region
4. Animal Heath Development Unit, Chiang Mai Livestock Office
5. National Science and Technology Development Agency Northern
and 7 local sub-district municipalities
1. Mae-Hia
2. Nong Pa Khrung
3. Nong Hoi
4. Sobtia
5. Sanklang
6. Nongjom
7. Omkoi
In the cooperative project on the Chiang Mai Model on a Rabies free zone by 2020
We all agree to support and provide mutual contributions to the project in order to achieve the rabies free zone.
1. Collect samples for evaluation of rabies vaccination
2. Active surveillance of rabies
3. Humane Dog population control
4. Dog data base
5. Community regulation towards a rabies free zone
